In 2001, after designing and preparing construction documents for hundreds of homes
in the Michiana area, he expanded his services to include Residential Construction and
altered the name to RKA Design Build. Involvement in dozens of previous construction
projects has provided him with the experience to serve in both areas of home construction:
Design & Build.
In 2005 he also obtained a Realtor license in order to better assist clients in various tasks
such as purchasing land, selling previous homes, etc. Richard is licensed locally with
McLauchlin Realty in Berrien Springs, Michigan.
Our company logo is the Coat of Arms of the Aguilera Family originally from Spain. The
name “Aguilera” means “a group of eagles”.
